How does ordering work with Red Fish? Good question!
1 Mockups and Quotes
We can supply quotes and mockups for any items you are interested in.
2 Placing Your Order
Once you are ready to place an order and you have decided on what product/s and quantities you require, we send you an Order Confirmation form that lists all of the specifics of the order (e.g. number of units to be printed, apparel sizes, print colour, print size, print location and the delivery details and dates etc). Normal production time is 10–15 working days from artwork approval to dispatch. But often we can work a lot faster if needed, so please contact us if you have a rush job!
3 Artwork Approval
Once the Order Confirmation is approved (by signing the OC form or replying via email that that all is OK to proceed), we produce a production artwork approval which is emailed to you. This is a graphic representation of what the finished product will look like, confirming all the details in the OC from. In the case of embroidery, an embroidery sample is made for approval.
If changes to the artwork are required, you let us know and we create a new production artwork approval. A second approval is free, a third may incur a fee. Once the artwork is approved the order goes into production. From this point the artwork or print cannot be changed.
Once the artwork has been approved we send you a tax invoice. This needs to be paid before goods are shipped (unless otherwise agreed).
5 Quality Control and Delivery
During production and before shipping to you the goods are quality checked.
Once the order is shipped we keep you up to date with tracking and delivery details. Proof of delivery (POD) can be supplied on request.

Are you Thinking of Something Completely Customised?
Red Fish Marketing has a lot of experience in delivering unique products from offshore.
If you have the lead-time (normally 8–12 weeks*) and the quantity (normally 500–1000 units or more*) then indent ordering could be for you.
Indent means ordering items from offshore. It can result in greatly reduced costs and gives us the ability to deliver a completely unique product that has been custom-made for you.
